I am an Advocate of the High Court and a former Assistant Attorney General for Pakistan. I have also remained Additional Deputy Prosecutor General of the National Accountability Bureau for 5 years.
I have more than 18 years of experience as an advocate. I did my LL.B (Hons) from University of Buckingham U.K and LL.M in Intellectual Property Law from the prestigious Monash University Melbourne Australia where I earned distinctions in various subjects.
While at Monash I was recruited by ‘TradeMarks International’ (Melbourne firm providing Intellectual Property solutions). My legal acuity in various fields of Intellectual Property Law led me to become a senior consultant with the firm within a very short span of time.
I am basically a general practitioner. My areas of expertise inter alia includes Intellectual Property Law, Criminal Law, Torts, Custom Laws, Accountability Laws, Commercial Law, Constitutional Law, World Trade Organization Law, Commercial Arbitration Law, Urban Development Laws, Service Laws, Environmental Laws, labour Laws, Aviation Laws, Telecommunications Laws, Medical laws, contract law etc.
During my career as a lawyer, which spans over a period of 18 years I have worked in the capacity of an advocate, prosecutor, consultant and advisor.
I also have had the privilege of advising and working as a consultant for autonomous, semi autonomous, international organizations, government departments and N.G.O’s such as USAID, International Organization for Migration (U.N), German Technical Cooperation, Basic Education for Afghan Refugees, Regional Institute for Policy Research & Training, Trademarks International, National Accountability Bureau, Civil Aviation Authority, Pakistan Medical & Dental Council, Warid Telecom, Pakistan International Airlines etc.
